And my knitting days started too… Yes, I missed so much to knitt something…

This is black and blue… wool. I have started last winter and not finished. So, I should complete this one. What is going to be… A short/small jacket… I hope. 🙂 I love these kind of short/small things, I mean not a long one…

But you can’t believe, I also bought a new sweater, handmade. From Zara. But I loved the colours with its silky satin blouse…

What A Nice Surprise For Me!

I am still bad with this sneezing, sniffles and coughing etc. Usually it makes me bad… As it is said in here, with medicine one week, without medicine seven days… 🙂  It  is so boring to be in the bed… But today something happened and made me so happy and excited. Thank you once again to dear Cecilia, she is so nice one and I have met through her beautiful Blog. Her stories are so nice, and she has a wonderful literary language or way to express… You always wait for to continue  when the story finished. She is amazing.  You can find all details why I am talking all about this.

It is the first time for this award, it is so nice of course, but the most exciting part was to make my own favurite blogger list! Oh my God! I supposed that I couldn’t make… Because for me they are all so nice bloggers who I know and met… But at last I did a list. They are all so nice to visit and to meet.

This weekend there is a wedding party that is one of our friends… He is going to marry with a nice Chinese lady. It would have been so nice to be in this party but because of me, we can’t go. We postponed all reservations etc. It is not in this city. It would have been a short trip out side to Istanbul. But this is an event that I catch cold… Not feeling good… and coughing, sneezing… No one wants to see me there like that!  Anyway My best wishes for this couple,

Have a nice weekend for you all,

with my love, nia

A Treasure Her Blog

http://homemadewellbeing.wordpress.com/

This is one of my favurite blogs… dear Kristina, shares so nice and so useful things with us. How beautiful nature world, we can find and learn so many things for our health… and for beauties too. Her mask recipes are great.  And yes, “honey and lemon”, but I will drink today lemon juice with a hot water and honey! It would be good for me today.

It is so nice to meet with beautiful people through the blogs… I want to share some of them in here, again. My main address actually is Photography, (www.photographyofnia.wordpress.com), but I love to talk, like a cup of tea with a nice friend… So, this is my special place, for to talk and to share creative worlds, etc.

Have a nice day…

Cooking Time

I am late for this, but when I saw them in my greengrocery, I bought. And now I am making sour cherry jam!

Another thing that I cooked today, “Zeytinyağlı Taze Fasulye” means Turkish Green beans with olive oil (it’s been served cold…)

Fresh green beans (one or half kilo), one big onion (chopped), two cloves garlic, sliced or chopped if you wish, but I should say it gives a wonderful taste to the meal, two big tomatos, chopped, grated or blended (if there is not any tomatos you can use tomato sauce too), 1/t teaspoon sugar (if you wish),1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup hot water, salt (sea salt or Himalayan salt I use), and red pepper sauce (a little bit  being hot, but I put not too much)…

First of all clean fresh beans and trim them to 1 1/2 inch pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the chopped onions and garlic until lightly brown. If you want to use tomato paste add it at this point and stir for a min. (but instead of tomato paste I use red pepper sauce) and add the beans and stir them until they slightly change color (app.6-8 min.) Add fresh tomatos and cook for 5 min. and then add sugar, hot water and salt…Cover the pan and cook with low hear until the beans are soft (for about 45 min.)

Now you can leave it to cool then you can put it in refrigerator. This is traditionally served cold.
