The Hidden Flavour in İstanbul


Actually the origin of this flavour is Adana,  –is one of the largest cities in Turkey, situated in the south-central Turkey. ( Famous with her cuisine, especially with kebabs…. And I learn this new flavour from Adana.

Börek : flaky pastry filled with thin layers of a food (usually cheese or cooked ground beef)

In every region we have different kind of them, but this is new for me too… So delicious, you don’t want to stop eating them…

They have three types, with cheese, white meat, with bacon…
